A certain Windows 95 game?

There is this Windows 95 game I used to play all the time as a kid. I can't remember the name, but I can describe it to you- it was an 8 bit (I think) platformer, similar to Mario, and you had to collect colourful gems or diamonds, but you also had to avoid these dino like creatures who had bolts of electricity shoot out of their mouths. That's all I can really remember. It's not on the Windows Entertainment pack, so I'm going to assume you had to install it. Does anyone remember? I've used search engines a million times, and nothing came up.
