If you are a christian, dont u have to be a creationist?

Your book says god made animals on the 4th day and made humans on the 6th. Thats only 2 days apart. Science tells us dinosaurs pre dated humans and they lived for about 200 million years. Humans have been around for about 100,000 to 200,000 years and didnt coexist with dinos. So either u are a creationist or u think the bible was wrong?
