Is it legal for sites to sell watch replicas (given that they are selling them as replicas)?

And not trying to sell them off as the real deal? Im thinking of buying a watch replica from a site that has earned the trust of a forum community, but was just wondering the legality of sites selling replicas (again they are labeled as replicas on the site selling them)
