How to attach a sword to a shield and the shield to a wall?

Most shields will have a strap of sorts along the back, and you can buckle the sword in place. Duct tape is always helpful, too, you know. Or do you consider that "damage"? You can hang the shield on the wall the way you'd hang a large mirror or picture frame - two nails forming a line parallel to the ground. You can hang it off of there and it should be fine. Use nails 3-4 inches long. Drive them deep.
