Flame Dwarf gourami, and tetra's Dont look so good. With White disease.?

Im new to the fish world. I live not very local to a pet store. So my questions are scarcely answered. Anyway I got some zebra dino's 9 of them and a bottle of bacteria i think it is. For the cycle and to get a habitat going Everything went well. I have a penguin 150 filter, A nice heater. and a 30 gallon tank. To start with for the first two weeks with the dino's my brother aquired them to his 10 gallon and i bumped up. I got a flame dawrd gourami 5 tetra's and a little shark with a orange tail. idk what it's called. After about a month of having the fish the Gourami got an infection going on the side of him. It looks like a open wound and is white. After awhile more he got kind of a white puss going. like i said im new to this fish stuff. one or two tetra's also are getting a little pale looking. What should i do ????? Thank you yahoo
