Who knew people were so easily offended in Leicester?

Now the statue looks as if it is taking a pee behind the bush! The person who took this complaint seriously needs replacing. That would send a message out to all the silly little jobsworth that make peoples lives a misery though pettiness and the complainant should have been told to look elsewhere.
