Halliwell Manor price?

I was wondering, either in today's market, or any other market, what the house from Charmed (Halliwell Manor) would go for to build from the ground up and using every exact piece of furniture and whatnot throughout the house. I realize that prices vary on antique furniture, and most of the furniture from the house is what Grams acquired or her dad and mom acquired. I'm just wondering how much the house itself, basically, would go for and how much it would take to re-build if you wanted an exact replica, down to the wiring. Thanks!
