Will my son start walking soon?

I have a 10 month old son. He started crawling at 6 months and has been pulling up and walking on furniture and even walks holding one of my fingers but has yet to take those first independant steps. I feel like he should be by now seeing as how there have been 2 months of assisted walking. Will he start soon? Is there anything I can do to help the process along?He even pushes around his " Ride and Stride Dino" and the office chair.
